Noticed a ring or impression on your garment?

Sometimes you may notice a slight mark or impression around your embroidery. Please note, this is completely normal and is caused by the hoop we use to keep the garment taut during the embroidery process. It is not a fault.

There are three easy ways to remove it:

  1. Fabric Spritz & Finger Press — Lightly mist the area with water, then smooth it out gently with your fingers or lay it flat to air dry.
  2. Warm Wash — A gentle wash on a warm setting will usually remove any hoop marks completely.
  3. Damp Cloth & Iron Press — Place a clean, damp cloth (like a tea towel) over the area and press gently with a warm iron. Avoid pressing directly on the embroidery.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, providing the item hasn't been personalised. We do require the item back before we can process any exchanges. Please ensure that the item is in an unworn, unwashed, and resellable condition with all tags still attached.

I've selected Delivery to School — when will my order be available to collect?

We deliver to school every Friday during term time. Any order placed before Wednesday should be in school that Friday, subject to stock availability. Please note we do not deliver during school holidays.
