Returns & Exchanges

Returns

Non-personalised items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of dispatch. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached, and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items showing marks, dirt, makeup, or written names on labels.

Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or sent in error.

How to Return

Please include the following with your return:

  • Your Order, Despatch, or Invoice number (from your confirmation email or delivery note)
  • The items being returned and quantities
  • Whether you'd like an exchange (with exact size and quantity) or a refund, and the reason for the return
  • Any additional payment if exchanging for a higher-value item

Return Postage

Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless items are faulty or were sent in error. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

School Returns

During term time, returns can be collected on Friday mornings and exchanges are typically delivered by the following Friday.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within up to 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Manufacturing Defects

Items with confirmed manufacturing defects will receive an immediate exchange or refund. Non-defect items are sent to the manufacturer for inspection before a decision is made.
