Thank you for placing your order with The Stitch Factory. Unless you have requested otherwise, we will deliver your child's uniform directly to Silverdale School.
⚠️ Key Dates — Please Read Carefully
- Deliveries into Junior Schools commence week beginning Monday 13 July 2026.
- Orders for Junior School delivery must be received by Monday 6 July 2026.
- Orders received after this date will not be delivered to Junior Schools before they close for summer and will come directly to Silverdale.
Feeder Schools
When completing your order, please state your child's current junior school from the five feeder schools:
- Clifford All Saints CE Primary School
- Dobcroft Junior School
- Ecclesall Church of England Junior School
- Sharrow Primary School
- Springfield Primary School
Dobcroft Junior orders will be delivered directly to Silverdale for collection.
Delivery & Collection Options
- Junior School Delivery — Free. Delivered to your child's current junior school week beginning 13 July 2026. Order by 6 July 2026.
- Home Delivery — Courier charge applies. Delivered directly to your home address.
- Click & Collect — Fridays — Free. Collect from our premises on Fridays only.
- Click & Collect — Summer Holidays — Free. Available Monday to Friday, 20 July to 4 September 2026.
- School Delivery — Silverdale — Free. Once Silverdale reopens in September, we deliver to the school on Fridays when it is open.
Any orders not collected will be delivered to Silverdale during the first week of term.
How to Place an Order
Orders can be placed via our website or an order form from the school. We do not accept orders by phone or through the factory.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange any item, please contact The Stitch Factory by email stating:
- Your order number
- Your child's name
- The item(s) required for exchange
- A contact number or email address
Alternatively, reply directly to your order confirmation email.
Once the new items are ready, you will be contacted to collect from The Stitch Factory and return the unwanted items simultaneously. Please do not return items until your replacement is ready.
Returns
Please return unwanted items to The Stitch Factory or Silverdale School, including:
- Your order number
- Your child's name
- The item(s) being returned
- A contact number or email address
Please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, with all original tags attached, and accompanied by a copy of your delivery note.
