Delivery Information

School Deliveries

We deliver to schools on Fridays during term time. Occasionally deliveries may be delayed until the following week. School delivery is free of charge.

Home Deliveries

Home deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will receive tracking details by email once your parcel has been collected. Please note that home delivery is not always faster than school delivery, as we must book a collection for the day after your order is ready.

A delivery charge of £6.00 applies to home deliveries. 

Click & Collect

Collections from our premises are available on Fridays during the run-up to and throughout the summer break. We will let you know when it is ready for collection.

Order Processing

All items are embroidered or printed to order. Processing times vary depending on current demand — we will keep you updated. During busy periods (particularly July and August) please allow extra time.
